No more excuses, it's time to start blogging again!

With how much I LOVE to blog, it's pretty ridiculous how little I do it these days. Who cares that I have four children and a house to maintain, blogging is important for my emotional and social well-being, so blogging here I come and HOPE I'm here to stay. There are so many pictures to post and things I think of to ramble about--in fact, it's quite silly how often I think about blogging: things I'd like to say, events I'd like to document, pictures I want to post, topics I'd like to open for discussion, all without any product to show that they ever existed. So, I've decided that I need this outlet to feel more complete as a person and whole as a woman. My first goal is to do a little picture, and important event catch-up, then to move on with more day-to-day stuff. I think I can do it, and if the laundry needs to stay undone a little longer, or the toy room a little messier than normal for it to happen, I think I deserve a little "ME" time. It's been said that, "No one can pour from an empty vessel", and blogging has this magical way of helping to fill mine, so it is now moving from the bottom of my to do list to the top 5 . . . yay, I'm excited!!! I'm going to go hit the digital pictures, then I'll be back, okay. "I'll see you soon then" (can anybody name that movie?)

Hi. I just found your blog with the help of google. My husband is applying for the IPAP program and I was hoping to find someone who's "been there, done that" from the wife/mother/supporter standpoint. If you get a moment and don't mind sharing your insights would you please email me, foursillysisters (at) gmail (dot) com? By the way, I'm a mom of 4 girls ages 5 and under also.

Hi I came across your blog, today and I'm a army wife as well as a mother to two boys. I think that it's wise you take some time for yourself, I'm just now doing that and I think it's been far too long but after just one day I'm starting to feel a little bit of that weight lift.
